About BCF
The beauty of the CrossFit program is that it is designed for universal scalability. Our routines fit people of all ages, from children to senior citizens. The program remains the same, but the load and intensity adapt for each person. Everyone from athletes to the elderly, soldiers to housewives have found their best fitness from doing the same regimen.
Routine is the enemy. Your body gets bored, and your muscles get bored, too. This leads to an ineffective workout. The CrossFit workout does not specialize in just one area. We keep workouts short and intense. Classes consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We mix all the elements into as many combinations as creativity will allow.
A Beaverton Crossfit athlete’s brain is wired differently. They are not content with the typical gym workout. The training at CrossFit is efficient and a lot of fun! But make no mistake; it is an intense workout.

At Beaverton CrossFit you are not alone. You work out with peers that have the same goals and objectives. Every workout has a sense of community and camaraderie. Reaching beyond the day to day work out, our members have an opportunity to socialize with our crossfit family at various “get-togethers” outside the gym. This creates a unique environment of family, friends and physical growth.
